The menu as prepared by Michelin-trained Executive Chef Jwi Ho Jang and Sous Chef Won-Deuk So features a selection of appetizers, entrees, grilled meats, soups, noodles, and stews. Traditional yukhoe (Korean-style beef tartare), beef shank salad, and japchae are offered alongside a seafood platter with uni or caviar upgrades. Braised short ribs, galbi hamburger steak, stir-fried squid, seafood and green onion pancake, and egg souffle prime the appetite for the grilled meats, which include marinated grilled short rib, washugyu, dry-aged beef, Miyazaki wagyu, and USDA Prime cuts. A few combination sets for couples and small groups of up to four diners are available to facilitate the decision-making process. To round out the savory selections, a few bibimbap, soups, stews, and noodle dishes perfectly conclude the meal. A curated beverage program consisting of soju, whiskeys, wines, Champagnes, draft beers, and classic cocktails add food-friendly pairings to the experience.
