Kōʻula Grand-Opening Gift

To celebrate the opening of Kōʻula in September 2022, Ward Village proudly gifted $25,000 to the Hawai‘i HomeOwnership Center that works to provide education, information and support for first-time homeowners in Hawai‘i. By addressing barriers and increasing rates of homeownership, the center aims to build stronger families and communities throughout Hawai‘i.
